Arthur Gray, Jr.

Arthur Gray, Jr. was already running a carpet cleaning company, Georgia Carpet Care, when he started Central Pressure Wash in 2010 — one cleaning business showing him what the other one was missing. He has been washing houses, driveways, roofs, decks and storefronts across Atlanta and the surrounding cities every year since. He is also the first to tell you it has not been a smooth road. The hard parts were getting the company noticed and keeping equipment running, which he files under the cost of working for yourself.

What sets the company apart, in his words, is that he is flexible and you deal with him directly — no dispatcher, no rotating crew, no script. It is also why the phone is answered around the clock, seven days a week: when the owner is the one scheduling, the schedule bends around you. Ask what he is proudest of and he will not name a job. He will say customer satisfaction, his reputation in the community, his commitment to quality, and how far the business has come since 2010.
