Our published starting prices: driveway and concrete cleaning from $175, house soft washing from $250, roof soft washing from $499, and deck and fence cleaning and gutter cleaning from $150 each. Commercial work is quoted per property after a walkthrough.
Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete, brick and pavers. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution and low pressure for siding, roofs and painted surfaces, where high pressure would force water behind the walls or strip shingles.
No. Pressure strips shingle granules and can void warranties. We use a no-pressure soft-wash treatment, the method the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association recommends.
Yes: storefronts, sidewalks, parking areas, dumpster pads, fleet vehicles, heavy equipment and graffiti removal. We work before opening or after close, offer monthly and quarterly schedules, and provide a certificate of insurance on request.
