Decatur covers a lot of ground, from 1920s bungalows in Oakhurst to 1950s brick ranches with carports and big new builds on teardown lots. Brick ranches with painted trim clean up dramatically with a house soft wash, and the oak-lined streets mean most driveways and roofs carry moss, lichen and pollen staining. We also clean a lot of shaded pool decks in Winnona Park and Great Lakes. Decatur jobs often share a day with Avondale Estates and Scottdale.

Oak-lined streets throughout, so roofs and driveways carry moss, lichen and heavy pollen staining. Shaded pool decks are common in Winnona Park and Great Lakes.
