Concrete, brick, stone and pavers, cleaned with the right pressure for the surface instead of one setting for everything.
Pressure washing is the right tool for hard surfaces: driveways, sidewalks, patios, retaining walls, brick steps and pool decks. Intown Atlanta hard surfaces pick up three things over a year: green algae in the shade, black mildew streaks where water sits, and a red-orange tint from Georgia clay tracked in from the yard.
We use surface cleaners on flat concrete so you get even results without the striping you see from a wand, and we pre-treat organic growth so it comes off at the root instead of being pushed into the pores. Brick and softer stone get lower pressure and a cleaner that lifts the growth first.
Not when the pressure matches the surface. Concrete tolerates high pressure; brick, pavers and anything painted do not, and we set up for each. We also point out loose or cracked areas before we start.
Most intown driveways and walkways look their best cleaned once a year, usually in spring after pollen season. Heavily shaded areas can need it twice.
Sealing is available on request. Ask when you book and we will quote it with the wash.
