A house wash is not a pressure wash. High pressure on siding forces water behind the boards, strips paint and etches wood. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution and rinse pressure not much stronger than a garden hose, which removes the green and black growth on north-facing walls and under eaves where intown houses collect it most.
It works on vinyl, fiber cement, painted wood, brick, stucco and stone. We cover plants, pre-wet everything, and rinse until the water runs clear.
